How do I book?

Can I book same day?
Often yes — subject to availability. Get in touch early for the best chance of same-day slots.
Do you cover weekends?
Yes, we move Monday to Sunday subject to availability.
Pricing
How do you price jobs?
Fixed price based on distance, loading time, stairs, parking, items and any disposal fees.
Are there hidden costs?
No — we confirm the full fixed price before you book. If something changes on the day, we'll discuss before going ahead.
Do you charge for waiting time?
Generally no, within reason — we'll always be clear up front.
Access and stairs
Do you do stairs?
Yes — just let us know how many flights and whether there's a lift so we can quote accurately.
Will you need a parking permit?
If parking is restricted, please arrange a visitor permit or suspension where possible.
Furniture collection
Can you collect from Facebook Marketplace?
Yes — send us the listing, pickup postcode and delivery postcode for a quote.
Do you dismantle furniture?
Light dismantling of beds and IKEA-style furniture is fine — just let us know.
Waste clearance
What can you take away?
Light household and small commercial waste, old furniture and bulky items. Hazardous waste isn't accepted.
How do you price clearances?
From photos. Price reflects volume, weight, stairs, parking and disposal fees.
Insurance
Are you insured?
Yes, we operate with goods-in-transit insurance.

Which areas do you cover?
Shepherds Bush, Hammersmith, Acton, Ealing, Chiswick, Fulham, Kensington, Notting Hill, Paddington, Brentford, Chelsea, Holland Park and nearby. Ask us about your postcode.
Payment
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or card on the day. We'll confirm the preferred method when you book.
